En 2004 ELIPTICA se estableció como Empresa Constructora en la Ciudad de Mérida, Yucatán. Nuestros inicios se enfocaron a realizar trabajos de Construcción de Nivel Medio.

In 2004 ELIPTICA was established as a Construction Company in the City of Mérida, Yucatán. Our beginnings focused on carrying out Medium Level Construction work.

En 2008 ELIPTICA logra obtener su primer contrato para realizar UNA Residencia de Lujo en la Zona Norte de Mérida, Yucatán, México. En esta Residencia colaboramos con un equipo de Arquitectos de la Ciudad de MIAMI, Florida, USA.

In 2008 ELIPTICA managed to obtain its first contract to build A Luxury Residence in the North Zone of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. In this Residence we collaborate with a team of Architects from the City of MIAMI, Florida, USA.

En 2010 ELIPTICA logra obtener a su primer inversionista. Realizando un conjunto de Departamentos de Lujo en Temozón Norte, Mérida, México. La rentabilidad para el Inversionista estuvo por encima del 37% anual.

In 2010 ELIPTICA managed to obtain its first investor. Creating a set of Luxury Apartments in Temozón Norte, Mérida, Mexico. The profitability for the Investor was above 37% annually.

En 2011 ELIPTICA logra construir su primer Residencia de Lujo en la Playa para unos inversionistas Canadienses. En este momento aprendimos todo lo relacionado con la ley de medio ambiente y normatividad para construir en zonas costeras.

En 2014, diez años después de nuestro inicio, ELIPTICA se consolida como constructor de ALTA GAMA en la ciudad de Mérida, Yucatán, México.
